Terms and Conditions
1. Change over days are flexible, see our availability page for free dates.
2. A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per cottage or apartment per week is required to confirm accommodation.
The balance is payable four weeks before arrival. Bookings without deposit will only be held for 7 days.
An invoice will be issued upon receipt of deposit and final directions and instructions will be sent on receipt
of final payment. Bookings are subject to cancellation by the Proprietors if the balance is not paid four weeks
before arrival.
3. In the event of cancellation by guests the following charges will apply:
4 weeks before date of arrival – booking deposit.
1 – 4 weeks before date of arrival – 50%.
1 week or less before date of arrival – 100%.
It is strongly advised that guests take out holiday insurance to cover the
possibility of cancellation charges.
4. Additional people using pull down sofas will be charged at £50 per person per week.
5. Maid service is included once a week. Additional service is available at an additional charge of £5.00 per hour.
6. Breakages or damage should be notified at the earliest opportunity. Management will be on site every day.
7. The Proprietors are not responsible for any loss of valuables or property during your stay or left after departure.
8. The number of persons stated on the reservation must not be exceeded without the Proprietors permission.
9. Pets are not allowed in the cottages or apartments without express permission of the proprietors.
10. In the unlikely event of complaints, these should be sent in writing to the Proprietors within seven days
of departure having first given the opportunity to rectify any shortcomings during your stay.
11. Please specify your preferred accommodation which will be allocated to you subject to availability.
12. Guests having an undue number of visitors, causing nuisance or being responsible for excessive noise
may have their reservation terminated without notice and be required to immediately vacate their accommodation.
13. Accommodation will be ready for guests from 2.00pm on the day of arrival, however, guests can arrive
earlier and leave their luggage with us in the office.
14. Departing guests are required to check out by 10.00am on the morning of their departure.
15. Cots and high chairs are available on request free of charge.
16. Car hire can be arranged for you and a car delivered to Quinta dos Sonhos for your convenience.
17. We have a strict NO SMOKING policy inside the cottages and apartments.
18. Guests wishing to book the whole property will be eligible for a discount on this booking. Price on application.
